Clintly provides a white-label client feedback platform for creative agencies. Our service allows users to collect, organize, and manage client feedback on creative projects through magic link reviews, AI-powered consolidation, and related features.

3. Account Terms

To use Clintly, you must:

  • Provide accurate registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Clintly to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Distribute harmful or malicious content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Resell or redistribute the service without permission

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content and data you submit to Clintly. We own the platform, software, and trademarks. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission.

6. Fees and Payment

Paid subscriptions are billed according to the plan you choose. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities. Upon termination, we will provide a data export within 30 days.

Clintly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clintly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or notice on our platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
